This year begins with new laws and regulations enacted by the SC State Legislature. We will be presenting them and the new procedures we must abide by to post bail. From 10% cash bail, payment plans, electronic monitoring, new P & C licensing, etc. If you want to know what's going on, come to our classes and get the information. By registering for a class, you are also purchasing your membership to the SCBAA. ID cards will be made onsite.
